Halliburton seeks a capable procurement professional to plan sourcing of goods and services for manufacturing, field operations or project delivery. You will manage RFQs, organize competitive bids, and implement local procurement agreements under Category Management, while assessing supplier performance.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in Supply Chain, with English proficiency (B2+), spend analysis, and strong stakeholder/supplier management, preferably with O&G industry

• Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, business administration or similar.
• 5+ years of experience in Supply Chain.
• English proficiency required (B2 or higher).
• Spend Analysis skills and experience developing and executing sourcing plans.
• Stakeholders management and supplier management experience.
• Contracts negotiations abilities.
• Experience in the O&G industry is desirable.

Complies with and executes Category Management strategy in accordance with policies and procedures. Creates request for quotations (RFQ) or organizes competitive biddings from various suppliers to obtain best quality, delivery and price for goods and services. Implements agreements for local procurement of goods and services not covered under Category Management. Assesses supplier performance and conducts reviews with suppliers. May be responsible for complex operations or large expenditures. May lead in the development of less experienced Procurement Specialists. Job tasks impact cost containment, efficiency, profitability or operations.
