AgileEngine is seeking an Analyst/Senior Analyst to support data-driven decisions around subscriptions and promotional offers for a major OTT streaming business. You will build Snowflake tables, Tableau dashboards, and reports translating complex data into actionable insights for Finance, Marketing, and Product teams.

Formación

• 4+ years of experience with independent project ownership.
• Fluent/business-level English (written and verbal) is required.
• College degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Industrial Engineering, Data Science, Economics, Operations Research, Computer Science, or equivalent work experience.
• Daily proficiency in SQL, Snowflake, Tableau or PowerBI, Excel, and Python.
• Demonstrated proficiency in SQL (CTEs, window functions, date/time functions).
• Primary BI tool proficiency in Tableau to build and maintain dashboards.
• Familiarity with database models, transforming raw columnar data, and loading large datasets.
• Basic knowledge of statistics and/or machine learning.
• Familiarity with generative AI tools for workflow efficiency and data security awareness.
• Strong communication skills to explain business implications of data analysis and visualizations.
• Thrives in small fast-paced environments with high accountability; capable of driving priorities independently.
• Must maintain substantial overlap with US Eastern Time hours (10 AM – 4 PM eastern time).

Responsabilidades

• Develop analytical and reporting database tables to track subscriptions and promotions.
• Produce and maintain monthly financial reports and perform variance analysis.
• Build reports and Tableau dashboards summarizing metrics for stakeholders.
• Apply quantitative analysis to understand customer behavior and promo impact.
• Support revenue management by modeling discounts and analyzing retention and LTV.
• Ensure data accuracy and run quality control processes.
• Respond to ad hoc requests from Finance, Marketing, Distribution, Product, etc.
• Collaborate with Insights & Analytics to integrate marketing and content data.
