AgileEngine is seeking an Analyst/Senior Analyst to support data-driven decisions around subscriptions and promotional offers for an OTT streaming business. You will build Snowflake tables, Tableau dashboards, and reports that translate complex data into actionable insights for Finance, Marketing, and Product teams.

Proficiency in SQL, Python, and strong analytical judgment is essential. The role requires collaboration across teams and a focus on data quality, with overlap with US Eastern Time

Formación

• 4+ years of experience with independent project ownership for the Senior Analyst level.
• Fluent/business‑level English (written and verbal) is required.
• College degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Industrial Engineering, Data Science, Economics, Operations Research, Computer Science, or equivalent work experience.
• Daily proficiency in SQL, Snowflake, Tableau or PowerBI, Excel, and Python.

Responsabilidades

• Develop analytical and reporting database tables to track subscription and promotional offers performance.
• Produce and maintain monthly financial reports, with variance analysis and explanations.
• Build reports and Tableau dashboards for stakeholders to aid decision‑making.
• Apply quantitative analysis to understand customer behavior and promo impact.
• Model discount strategies and analyze subscriber retention and LTV for revenue strategies.
• Ensure data accuracy and quality control across data pipelines.
