AgileEngine, LLC. is seeking an Analyst/Senior Analyst to drive data-driven decisions around subscriptions and promotions for a major OTT streaming business.

You will build Snowflake tables, Tableau dashboards, and reports that translate complex data into actionable insights for Finance, Marketing, and Product teams. The role emphasizes translating findings for senior stakeholders, communicating ROI, and using SQL, Python, and strong analytical judgment to improve business impact.

Formación

• 4+ years of experience with independent project ownership.
• Data storytelling and strategic communication for executive audiences.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).
• Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Industrial Engineering, Data Science, Economics, OR, CS or equivalent.
• Proficiency in SQL, Snowflake, Tableau/PowerBI, Excel, and Python.

Responsabilidades

• Develop analytical tables and reporting structures for subscription and promotions performance.
• Produce monthly financial reports and variance analyses for multiple teams.
• Create Tableau dashboards and reports to support decision making by Finance, Marketing, and Product.
• Apply quantitative analysis to understand customer behavior and ROI of promotional offers.
• Model discount strategies and analyze subscriber retention and LTV to support revenue strategy.
• Ensure data accuracy and resolve anomalies through quality control processes.
