AgileEngine is seeking an Analyst/Senior Analyst to support data-driven decisions around subscriptions and promotional offers for a major OTT streaming business. This role builds Snowflake tables and Tableau dashboards to turn complex data into clear insights for Finance, Marketing, and Product teams.

Formación

• 4+ years of experience with independent project ownership for the Senior Analyst level.
• Fluent/business-level English (written and verbal) is required.
• College degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Industrial Engineering, Data Science, Economics, Operations Research, Computer Science, or equivalent work experience.
• Daily proficiency in SQL, Snowflake, Tableau or PowerBI, Excel, and Python.
• Proficiency in SQL with CTEs, window functions, and date/time functions.
• Tableau as primary BI tool for dashboards.
• Familiarity with database models and loading large datasets.
• Basic knowledge of statistics and/or machine learning.
• Familiarity with generative AI tools for workflow efficiency and data security awareness.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in fast-paced environments.
• Overlap with US Eastern Time hours (roughly 10 AM - 4 PM ET).

Responsabilidades

• Develop analytical and reporting database tables to track subscriptions and offers performance.
• Produce and maintain monthly financial reports and conduct variance analysis.
• Build reports and Tableau dashboards summarizing key metrics for decision-makers.
• Apply quantitative analysis to understand customer behavior and promotional impact.
• Model discount strategies and analyze retention and LTV for revenue management.
• Ensure data accuracy through quality control and anomaly investigation.
• Respond to ad hoc requests from multiple teams in a timely and accurate manner.
• Collaborate with the Insights & Analytics team to integrate marketing and content data.
