AgileEngine is seeking an Analyst/Senior Analyst to support data-driven decisions for subscriptions and promotional offers. You will build Snowflake tables, create Tableau dashboards, and generate reports for Finance, Marketing, and Product teams using SQL and Python.

The role requires 4+ years of experience, fluent English, and a strong analytical mindset. You will work closely with the Insights & Analytics team and align with US Eastern Time hours in a hybrid setup, with remote and in-office

Formación

• 4+ years of experience with independent project ownership.
• Fluent/business-level English (written and verbal) is required.
• College degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Industrial Engineering, Data Science, Economics, Operations Research, Computer Science, or equivalent work experience.
• Daily proficiency in SQL, Snowflake, Tableau or PowerBI, Excel, and Python.
• Demonstrated proficiency in SQL (CTEs, window functions, date/time).
• Tableau as the primary BI tool for dashboards.

Responsabilidades

• Develop analytical and reporting database tables to track subscriptions and promo offers.
• Produce and maintain monthly financial reports with variance analysis and explanations.
• Build reports and Tableau dashboards for Finance, Marketing, and Product teams.
• Apply quantitative analysis to understand customer behavior and promo impact.
• Model discount strategies to support revenue management and analyze retention and LTV.
• Ensure data accuracy and implement QC processes to resolve anomalies.
• Handle ad hoc requests from cross-functional teams in a timely fashion.
• Collaborate with Insights & Analytics to integrate marketing and content data for holistic insights.
