Grow-Talent.com is recruiting a Workforce Management Specialist for their Bogota operation. You will assess staffing needs, assign staff to gaming tables, and coordinate schedules to ensure 24/7 coverage while complying with local labor laws.

Ideal candidates will have at least 6 months in a similar role, fluent English (C1), strong Excel skills, and experience with workforce management software. The role offers a full-time position with a base salary.

Qualifications

• Fluent English (C1) with strong written and verbal communication.
• Strong ability to efficiently manage schedules, rotations, and staffing needs.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and workforce management software.
• At least 6 months in a similar role, with ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
• Open to working flexible shifts within a 24/7 schedule.
• Familiarity with local labor laws and scheduling regulations.

Responsabilités

• Assess daily staffing requirements and assign staff to gaming tables accordingly.
• Assist with onboarding new employees as needed.
• Organize, coordinate, and manage work schedules and rotations for gaming tables.
• Partner with HR and Team Managers to manage time-off requests and ensure all positions are filled.
• Prepare daily staffing reports and verify hours and time-off requests.
• Develop and maintain staffing plans for adequate coverage across units.
• Monitor employee attendance and compliance with schedules.
• Prepare and manage rotation schedules for incoming shifts.
