Job summary

Grow-Talent.com is recruiting for a Trainer in Bogota, Colombia to develop and update training materials for game presenters and staff. You will design performance plans, set KPIs, and deliver training on table game procedures to drive high performance and professional growth.

The role emphasizes coaching, team collaboration, and the ability to motivate others, with prior iGaming or casino experience considered a strong plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• English proficiency at least B2 (written and spoken).
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Positive, eager to learn, and grow professionally.
• Passionate about coaching, with the ability to motivate and develop others.
• Prior experience in iGaming or casino environments is a plus.
• Experience designing and delivering training programs for casino dealers or similar roles.
• Relevant certifications in casino operations or instructional design.

Responsibilities

• Create and update training materials for Game Presenters and Shufflers to ensure full knowledge of games and procedures.
• Develop performance plans and set KPIs to enhance training quality.
• Train staff on table game procedures, promoting high performance and professional growth.
• Inspire trainees and provide constructive feedback for continuous improvement.
• Oversee training programs for new and current staff, collaborating with Shift Managers to address individual needs.
• Work with Shift Managers to identify and meet team-specific training requirements.
