Marsh is seeking a senior Program Manager for the Bogota team to lead end-to-end migrations, change management and business analysis work. You will manage a diverse team of PMs, change managers and business analysts, coordinating with US/Canada teams to deliver programs on time and within budget.

You will oversee stakeholder communications, governance, and financials, driving transformation with senior leaders across the globe. Fluency in English and strong leadership are essential.

Formación

• 7–12 years of experience in leading end-to-end process migrations, programs and change management.
• 4+ years of experience leading project teams.
• Experience working with global stakeholders and cultures.
• Proven track record delivering projects within constraints.
• Excellent stakeholder relationships and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to drive change.
• Strong presentation skills and ability to interact with senior stakeholders.
• Work independently and with teams under tight deadlines.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and motivate project teams and guide them toward project goals.
• Manage end-to-end projects within time and budget to achieve outcomes.
• Create and govern detailed project plans and governance structures.
