Penumbrainc is seeking a Training Supervisor to lead and develop the Training function, ensuring employees possess the knowledge, skills, and competencies for safe, compliant and efficient operations.

The role directly supervises the Training Specialist and Training Specialist II, and is responsible for developing, implementing, administering, and continuously improving training systems, programs, and initiatives supporting Production and Quality.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 5+ years in Learning and Development, Training, Manufacturing, Quality, Continuous Improvement, or regulated life sciences environment.
• 5+ years in leadership, supervisory, project leadership, or team development.
• High English proficiency (B2+ / C1).

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop the Training function to ensure employees have the knowledge, skills, and competencies for safe, effective, compliant and efficient operations.
• Directly supervise the Training Specialist and Training Specialist II positions.
• Develop, implement, administer, and continuously improve training systems, programs, and initiatives supporting Production and Quality.
