Penumbra is seeking a Training Specialist II who will develop, implement, deliver, and continuously improve training programs supporting Production, Quality, and Operational Excellence initiatives.

You will act as a subject matter expert in technical training, training compliance, Lean learning principles, and workforce development.

This role is an individual contributor based in Colombia, requiring high English proficiency (B2+ / C1) and hands-on experience in manufacturing environments.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business, Life Sciences, Organizational Development, Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years in manufacturing (medical device/pharma/biotech).
• 4+ years developing technical training programs.
• High English proficiency (B2+ / C1).
• Opex/Lean experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Business, Life Sciences, Organizational Development Administration, Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of manufacturing experience in the medical device, pharmaceutical or biotech industry in Manufacturing, Quality, Continuous Improvement, or related function.
• 4+ years of experience developing and maintaining technical training programs, training materials, certification processes and development programs.
• High English proficiency (B2+ / C1)
• Opex experience.
