Penumbra in Colombia is seeking a Training Supervisor to lead and grow the Training function, ensuring employees have the knowledge, skills and competencies for safe, effective and compliant operations.

You will supervise Training Specialist and Training Specialist II, and drive development, implementation, administration and continuous improvement of training systems and programs supporting Production and Quality.

Formación

• Leadership experience supervising teams in L&D or manufacturing.
• Strong ability to develop and interpret training metrics and KPIs.
• High English proficiency (B2+ / C1).

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop the Training function to ensure knowledge, skills, and competencies.
• Directly supervise Training Specialist and Training Specialist II positions.
• Develop, implement, administer, and continuously improve training systems, programs and initiatives supporting Production and Quality.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering/ Education/ Business Administration/ Organizational Development/ Communications/ Life Sciences or related field
