Twilio is seeking an experienced Technical Account Manager to be the designated technical support contact for strategic customers. You will support Pacific hours and resolve complex issues that impact business continuity, while driving proactive guidance andTwilio technology usage to optimize the customer environment.

In this role you will collaborate with customers' developers and our Product/Engineering teams, communicate effectively across technical and non-technical audiences, and contribute

Formación

• 4+ years of relevant experience.
• Good knowledge of RESTful technology, APIs, and cloud solutions."
• Broad capabilities to troubleshoot server-side code (Java, Node.js, PHP, C#, Python) and client-side JavaScript, with React/Redux.

Responsabilidades

• Use strong technical and diplomatic skills to address customer issues and provide feedback to Product and Engineering teams.
• Work with customers' developers, architects, and support personnel to resolve complex problems with potentially costly consequences.
• Collaborate with teammates and Twilio Product and Engineering teams via Slack and file JIRAs to report reproducible bugs.
• Analyze customer trends and patterns, and report observations to improve our support process.
