Ericsson GmbH is inviting a student in a related undergraduate program to join our Strategic Sourcing team on a hybrid internship. You will gain early professional experience in strategic sourcing, build practical supplier management skills, and support a fast-paced environment while contributing to data management and reporting tasks.

The role requires availability Monday to Friday with office three days per week, solid Excel and PowerPoint skills, and good English proficiency.

Formación

• Currently enrolled in a related undergraduate program with a minimum 12-month internship.
• Available to work Monday–Friday, hybrid office 3 days a week.
• Strong Excel and data management skills.
• Excellent communication skills and proactive mindset.
• Fluency in English is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Support the Strategic Sourcing process.
• Assist with operational sourcing activities.
• Provide administrative support to Strategic Sourcing Managers.
• Update and register supplier/vendor databases.
• Help with contract handling under supervision.
• Communicate with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Generate reports and other activities under supervision.

What you will do:<\/h3>

• Strategic Sourcing Process<\/li>
• Operational sourcing activities<\/li>
• Give administrative support to Strategic Sourcing Managers<\/li>
• Update and register supplier vendor database<\/li>
• Support on contract handling with contracts/amendment/termination<\/li>
• Contact suppliers, stakeholders, internal areas<\/li>
• Generate some reports and some specific activities under supervision<\/li> <\/ul>
  The skills you bring:<\/h3>

  • Be studying university degrees in international trade, business administration, finance, economy, engineering or related, with approved university internships for minimum 12 months.<\/li>
  • Availability to work from Monday to Friday, and flexibility for hybrid work (office 3 x per week)<\/li>
  • Have practical experience in Excel and data management<\/li>
  • Outstanding communication skills<\/li>
  • Have initiative, a pragmatic approach to various situations and be passionate about generating results.<\/li>
  • Proficiency in English language,<\/li>
  • Practical experience with MS-office (proficient in Excel & PowerPoint).<\/li>
  • PowerBI or any other reporting visualization applications is a plus<\/li> <\/ul>
