Ericsson in Bogotá, Colombia, invites talented students to join its Strategic Sourcing team as a Student Sourcing. This role offers early professional experience and hands-on challenges to grow, learn, and contribute to real supplier relationships.

You will support strategic sourcing processes, handle administrative tasks, maintain supplier data, assist with contract handling, and generate reports under supervision while developing strong Excel and PowerPoint skills in a hybrid work setting.

Formación

• Students enrolled in university programs with at least 12 months approved internship.
• Availability for Monday–Friday and hybrid work (office 3 days per week).
• Experience with Excel and data management.
• Strong communication skills.
• Proactive and results-driven mindset.
• Proficiency in English.
• Experience with PowerBI or similar reporting tools is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Support Strategic Sourcing processes.
• Perform operational sourcing activities.
• Provide administrative support to Strategic Sourcing Managers.
• Update and register supplier vendor database.
• Assist with contract handling including amendments.
• Contact suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Assist with reports under supervision.

What you will do

• Strategic Sourcing Process
• Operational sourcing activities
• Give administrative support to Strategic Sourcing Managers
• Update and register supplier vendor database
• Support on contract handling with contracts/amendment/termination
• Contact suppliers, stakeholders, internal areas
• Generate some reports and some specific activities under supervision

The skills you bring

• Be studying university degrees in international trade, business administration, finance, economy, engineering or related, with approved university internships for minimum 12 months.
• Availability to work from Monday to Friday, and flexibility for hybrid work (office 3 x per week)
• Have practical experience in Excel and data management
• Outstanding communication skills
• Have initiative, a pragmatic approach to various situations and be passionate about generating results.
• Proficiency in English language,
• Practical experience with MS-office (proficient in Excel & PowerPoint).
• PowerBI or any other reporting visualization applications is a plus
