Responsabilidades

• Drive strategic sourcing and contract negotiation for Lenovo’s Services Solutions Group portfolio.
• Source warranty service types including onsite repair, depot repair, contact centers, and customer carry-in repair.
• Manage spend with service providers and deliver procurement value through savings.
• Ensure supplier performance aligns with Lenovo’s policies and best practices.
• Provide strong vendor relationship management and contract oversight.
