INDI is seeking a Billing & Collections Analyst to drive revenue cycle efficiency and strengthen client financial relationships. The role focuses on accurate invoicing, strategic collections, and precise record keeping to support healthy cash flow and client satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will manage invoicing, monitor accounts receivable, and collaborate with internal teams to optimize billing operations. English proficiency and ERP experience are essential for success.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related discipline.
• Experience in accounts receivable management, billing, and collections.
• Advanced knowledge of collection techniques and credit management.
• Hands-on ERP systems and accounting software experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities for client interactions.
• Advanced English for professional documentation.

Responsabilidades

• Generate and distribute precise client invoices for accurate billing.
• Execute collections strategies to maintain healthy accounts receivable.
• Record and verify daily payment receipts in ERP systems with accuracy.
• Maintain meticulous client financial records across platforms.
• Develop procedures for following up on outstanding invoices and overdue accounts.
• Identify high-risk collection cases requiring intervention.
• Present billing and collection metrics in finance meetings.
