Omnicom Global Solutions Colombia is seeking a Project Coordinator to support planning, execution, and delivery of projects across global teams. You will work with Project Managers, stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional teams to ensure projects are on time, within scope, and aligned with objectives.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive, with ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business Admin, Marketing, Communications, Project Management, Engineering, or related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in Project Coordination/PMO or similar roles.
• Strong organizational, documentation, reporting, and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Support Project Managers with coordinating internal resources, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure successful execution.
• Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
• Maintain project schedules and monitor progress against milestones.
• Track activities, dependencies, and action items for timely completion.
• Maintain accurate project records and documentation.
• Coordinate meetings with internal and external stakeholders and document notes, risks, decisions.
