Visa is seeking an Analyst to join its Corporate Services team in Bogotá, Colombia. The role supports end-to-end lifecycle of contracts, POs, invoices, Non-POs, and ACH payments while ensuring compliance and stakeholder satisfaction.

You will work with internal stakeholders, suppliers, and service providers across Corporate Real Estate and other business functions, using systems like Ariba and Oracle to manage procurement workflows.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or contract management.
• Experience managing high-volume transaction processing with accuracy and compliance.
• Strong customer service and stakeholder management skills for end-user satisfaction.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with Ariba, Oracle, or similar procurement systems.
• Experience with operational or performance reporting.
• Strong communication skills and collaborative mindset.
• Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsabilidades

• Work with team members to manage the full lifecycle of purchase orders—from creation to payment—for operating and capital expenses.
• Manage the end-to-end ACH and Non-PO payment process, including approvals, documentation, and exception resolution.
• Ensure partners meet service levels before payments are released.
• Support regional leaders by flagging issues or discrepancies in partner performance or contract terms.
• Collaborate with Corporate Services, Finance, Procurement, Legal, and external vendors to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
• Facilitate onboarding of new suppliers, using AI tools to summarize contract terms and track performance against commitments.
• Use Ariba and Oracle (or similar ERP systems) to manage procurement workflows and data.
• Maintain organized documentation to support efficiency and audit readiness.
• Communicate effectively across cultures and geographies with strong interpersonal skills.
• Independently manage projects under guidance of team leaders.
• Collaborate across levels up to VP across multiple European markets.
• Establish self as go-to person in corporate services and share expertise with internal/external clients.
