Visa is seeking a Vendor Management Consultant for the Global Partner Management organization. The role manages relationships and performance of outsourced contact centers supporting Visa services across Latin America and beyond.

You will assist with account/program management, documentation, and operations, interacting with multiple cross-functional teams. Based in Bogota, Colombia, this hybrid role requires 3+ in-office days as coordinated with the Hiring Manager.

Formación

• 5+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or 2+ years with an Advanced degree
• Spanish, English and Portuguese required
• Strong program, account and client management skills
• Experience with reporting tools such as Tableau/Power BI
• Ability to manage vendor operations and compliance
• Excellent written communication skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Proven ability to handle multiple priorities

Responsabilidades

• Manage relationships and performance for outsourced contact centers across Latin America
• Support account and program management, documentation, and business operations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Visa Concierge and Sales/Account Management
• Provide escalation support and program administration
• Produce operational reporting and analysis to drive improvements
• Maintain organization-level document repositories for compliance and records
