Nassau National Cable, an e-commerce company in the industrial sector, seeks a Quotation Specialist to prepare accurate quotes and build cost estimates by analyzing material and job costing. You will work with sales and other departments to ensure precise quotations that meet customer needs, while supporting market analytics and strategic purchasing initiatives.

The role offers a Monday–Friday schedule (8AM–6PM EST) with salary up to $1,000 USD.

Formación

• Experience in Quoting, Purchasing, or Supply Chain.
• Experience buying directly from suppliers and managing vendor relationships.
• Proven ability to negotiate pricing and build long-term vendor partnerships.
• Strong analytical and market analysis skills.
• Knowledge of pricing strategies and cost analysis.
• Attention to detail and understanding of how market pricing works.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Comfortable in a dynamic, high-pressure, team-based environment with shifting priorities.

Responsabilidades

• Review customer inquiries and determine the appropriate products and pricing for quotations.
• Conduct cost analysis to determine pricing of goods.
• Prepare and submit quotations to potential customers in a timely manner.
• Follow up on quotations and modify as necessary.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of all quotations and related activities.
• Buy directly from suppliers, negotiating terms and pricing.
• Manage and maintain supplier relationships, building long-term, sustainable partnerships.
• Identify and secure the best possible prices from vendors.
• Monitor market pricing to ensure the company's prices remain competitive.
• Establish strong relationships with vendors.
