Lean Solutions Group is seeking a detail-oriented Pricing Support Specialist in Barranquilla to support daily pricing operations, manage rate requests, and ensure accurate quotes. The role involves monitoring a shared mailbox, validating rates, and confirming quotes when pricing aligns with posted rates.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in Pricing/Logistics or related admin roles, with strong Excel skills and excellent communication. English level required: B2-C1.

Formación

• 1–2 years of experience in Pricing, Logistics, Freight, Transportation, Customer Service, or similar administrative/operations roles.
• Education in Logistics, International Business, Business Administration, Transportation, or related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word and reporting tools.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor and manage the shared pricing mailbox and ensure requests are reviewed promptly.
• Review rate requests and identify the pricing information needed.
• Review available rates and price postings on the pricing website.
• Validate requested rates against available pricing and confirm consistency.
• Confirm quotes with customers when pricing requirements are met and include relevant parties.
• Escalate requests that do not match pricing or require extra review.
• Maintain accurate pricing records and documentation across systems.
• Prepare and analyze pricing and operations reports.

This role monitors a shared mailbox, reviews pricing requests, validates rates through internal pricing tools, and confirms quotes when the requested rate matches available pricing.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage the shared pricing mailbox, ensuring requests are reviewed and addressed promptly.
• Review incoming rate requests and identify the appropriate pricing information.
• Use the company's pricing website to review available rates and price postings.
• Validate requested rates against available pricing and confirm that there are no deviations or discrepancies.
• Confirm quotes with customers when pricing requirements are met and include the appropriate internal and external parties in the communication.
• Escalate rate requests that do not match available pricing or require additional review.
• Maintain accurate pricing information and documentation.
• Prepare and analyze reports related to pricing and operational activities.
• Communicate with customers and internal teams regarding pricing requests and quote confirmations.
• Collaborate with different departments to resolve pricing or operational issues.
• Maintain accurate records and information across internal systems.
• Support day-to-day pricing and administrative activities as needed.
• Follow established pricing processes, procedures, and service standards.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of relevant experience in Pricing, Logistics, Freight, Transportation, Customer Service, or a similar administrative/operations role.
• Education in Logistics, International Business, Business Administration, Transportation, or a related field.
• English level: B2-C1 required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic understanding of freight/logistics pricing and rate requests.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, and general spreadsheet/reporting tools.
• Strong computer skills and ability to work with multiple systems simultaneously.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
