Sutherland Global is seeking a NICE Proposal Engineer in Bogotá to review, price, and respond to professional services proposals. You will partner with Account Executives, Presales engineers, and the sales overlay team to optimize pricing and deal structure for the NICE Value Realization Services portfolio.

The role requires at least 3 years of proposal experience, strong Excel and Office skills, and the ability to coordinate across departments under tight deadlines.

Formación

• Minimum 3 years’ experience writing/managing proposals or quotes for technology or consulting companies.
• Solid understanding of the Sales lifecycle (RFI, RFP, Evaluation, Legal, SOW, Pricing, Submission).
• Strong written communication and ability to present information persuasively.
• Ability to work across the organization and coordinate multiple sources.
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.

Responsabilidades

• Creates new and modifies existing Services pricing quotes based on solution design and RFPs.
• Acts as a services pricing gatekeeper and provides discount guidance for deals.
• Responds to requests from regional sales and solution engineering to ensure accurate pricing and deal structure.
• Reviews pipeline and ensures pricing is considered early in the sales cycle.
• Coordinates submission of proposals on the NICE platform and shares documents with stakeholders.
• Maintains a cloud-based repository of quotes, SOWs and design documents.
• Recommends pricing and CPQ interface improvements and develops pricing templates.
