Applaudo is seeking a results-driven Project Manager to bring structure, clarity, and momentum to complex software and digital initiatives in Bogotá. You will lead projects from planning through successful delivery, aligning multiple teams and stakeholders around clear priorities, timelines, and measurable outcomes.

You will manage dependencies, scope changes, and competing demands while keeping teams focused.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years of experience managing software or digital projects end-to-end, including mobile apps.
• Experience coordinating multiple teams, cross-functional workstreams, and dependencies.
• Advanced English proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Lead projects from initiation and planning through execution and delivery.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, deliverables, and critical paths.
• Coordinate multiple teams and workstreams for alignment and execution.
• Identify and manage cross-team risks, blockers, and issues proactively.
• Establish clear ownership and accountability across project teams.
• Track progress and ensure deliverables align with timelines and objectives.
• Facilitate planning sessions, status reviews, and ceremonies as required.
• Adapt management practices across Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid environments.
• Collaborate with Engineering, QA, UX/UI, Product, and Business teams.
