Power Digital in Colombia seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead web development and design projects for a diverse client portfolio. You will own the intake, scope, and prioritization of requests, coordinating designers and developers to deliver high-quality work on time.

You will maintain strong client communication, manage cross-functional teams, and drive process improvements using our Nova and AI-enabled tools to ensure successful project delivery.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 2-4 years of agency experience.
• 1-3 years managing website development projects.
• Knowledge of web design trends and UX.
• Experience with WordPress/Shopify is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead planning, execution, and monitoring of projects to align with client goals.
• Collaborate with design, development, and other PDM services to meet deliverables.
• Communicate project status and recommendations clearly to clients and teams.
• Coordinate the pod across designers and developers for efficient execution.
• Maintain a portfolio of 10–25 clients with 37+ MRR and high retention targets.
