Accelya Colombia SAS is seeking a Senior Specialist - Project Management in Bogota to lead complex, multi-workstream projects and manage senior stakeholder relationships. You will apply expert project governance, risk management, and financial controls to ensure delivery excellence in a hybrid work setting.

The role requires 5–7 years of senior project management experience, a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, and PMP certification, with fluent English for interviews.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT or related field; PMP or equivalent preferred.
• Fluent English required for interviews.

Responsabilidades

• Lead complex, multi-workstream projects, managing senior stakeholder relationships and applying expert project governance
• Apply advanced risk management, change control and financial management practices to ensure project delivery integrity
• Use AI-enhanced project management tools for portfolio analytics, resource optimisation and predictive risk identification
• Use generative AI for executive-quality project reporting, business case documentation and stakeholder communication
• Lead project post-mortems, producing actionable lessons learned to improve project management
• Mentor junior project managers, sharing governance and delivery methodology expertise
• Represent project management best practices across the organisation, contributing to PM community of practice
