WSP USA is seeking an Intermediate Project Controls Analyst in Bogotá, Colombia to support planning, monitoring, forecasting, and performance management of engineering and infrastructure projects. The role ensures on-time delivery, budget adherence, and alignment with project controls standards across PM, Finance, and technical teams.

Formación

4–8 years of progressive experience in project controls or cost controls.
Strong proficiency in Oracle Financial tools, Excel, forecasting, and variance analysis.
Experience with MS Project and/or Primavera P6; ERP or project financial systems a plus.
Analytical mindset with attention to detail; comfortable with senior team members.

Responsabilidades

Develop, maintain, and update project schedules using approved scheduling tools.
Monitor progress against baselines and identify variances for corrective action.
Analyze costs, forecast monthly performance, and support earned value analysis.
Prepare periodic performance reports and KPIs for stakeholder review.
Support risk management, change control, and governance with data-driven insights.
