WSP en Colombia is seeking an Intermediate Project Controls Analyst to support planning, monitoring, forecasting, and performance management of engineering and infrastructure projects. You will work with project managers, finance, and discipline leads to provide accurate reporting and schedule management.

The role emphasizes earned value, cost analysis, risk tracking, and KPI development, with opportunities to influence project decisions and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

Formación

• 4-8 years of progressive experience in project controls or cost controls within consulting, engineering, or construction environments.
• Strong proficiency in Oracle Financial tools, Excel, forecasting, and financial analysis, including variance analysis.
• Experience with MS Project and/or Primavera P6; ERP or project financial systems experience is a strong asset.
• Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and confidence working with senior project team members.

Responsabilidades

• Project Planning & Scheduling: Develop, maintain, and update project schedules using approved scheduling tools and methodologies.
• Cost Management & Forecasting: Monitor project budgets, costs, commitments, and expenditures; support monthly forecasting and reviews.
• Reporting & Data Analysis: Prepare periodic project performance reports and dashboards; develop KPIs.
• Risk & Change Management: Support project risk identification and mitigation; monitor impact of changes on schedule, cost, and resources.
• Stakeholder Support: Collaborate with Project Managers, Discipline Leads, Finance teams, and other stakeholders; participate in project reviews.
