Lean Solutions Group seeks a Senior Operations Director to lead strategy, performance, and long-term success for a portfolio of enterprise-level accounts. This role focuses on operational excellence, client satisfaction, and financial performance while driving scalable growth across services.

The ideal candidate brings extensive experience managing complex client relationships, building leadership teams, and guiding large-scale operations.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree is required in one of the specified fields.
• 4+ years in a senior operations leadership role within a BPO, logistics, or service-driven environment.
• Proven experience managing enterprise-level accounts and executive client relationships.
• Experience leading Directors, Senior Managers, Operations Managers, or equivalent leadership structures.
• Demonstrated ability to drive operational excellence, scalability, and business growth initiatives.
• Experience overseeing account profitability, cost control, operational metrics, and strategic planning.
• Strong analytical, reporting, and decision-making skills with ability to present insights to executives.
• Advanced English proficiency (C1–C2) due to frequent interaction with US-based clients.
