APPLY is seeking a Director, Solutions Strategy to translate client problems into credible, buildable technology solutions. You will lead discovery, define scope, assess vendors, and present trade-offs to stakeholders while elevating the overall quality of Apply’s approach across engagements.

You will mentor technologists, shape opportunities with senior executives, and ensure delivery excellence. The role balances client expectations with strategic vision and engineering rigor.

Formación

• Over 10 years in enterprise IT and advisory roles.
• Experience in client-facing engagements with senior stakeholders.
• Proven track record delivering multi-system solutions with vendors.
• Mentors senior technologists and leads cross-functional teams.

Responsabilidades

• Design enterprise-grade technology solutions for new initiatives and business opportunities.
• Define solution scope, capacity, and high-level estimates in collaboration with Product, Design, Engineering, Data, and other disciplines.
• Present and articulate technology solutions, trade-offs, and recommendations to client stakeholders.
• Lead technology and vendor assessments, and act as a key voice in buy-vs.-build decisions.
• Engage the technology partner ecosystem when defining solutions and bring partner capability to bear on the client's problem.
• Ensure proposed solutions balance business objectives, technical feasibility, scalability, and delivery realities.
• Contribute to pipeline quality and win rate on the opportunities you shape.
• Own and develop relationships with the client's technology leadership as a trusted advisor.
• Provide strategic direction to project delivery teams and collaborate with senior leaders across engagements.
• Connect technology strategy, delivery, and account growth into long-term client partnerships.
• Own and evolve Apply approaches to solutioning, estimating, and quality standards.
