Job summary

Gallagher is seeking an M&A Marketing Integration Specialist to drive seamless integration of newly acquired organizations into Gallagher’s brand ecosystem. You will coordinate marketing integration initiatives across marketing, communications, and brand teams, reporting to the GGB Americas M&A Marketing Integration Lead.

This role requires project management proficiency, strong communication, and experience with marketing campaigns, assets, and branding during integrations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years in project management, marketing operations, or related roles.
• Experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Workfront, Smartsheet, or similar PM platforms.
• Strong written and verbal communication, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Support the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing integration initiatives for newly acquired organizations.
• Manage multiple projects and timelines simultaneously, ensuring deliverables are on schedule and aligned with objectives.
• Maintain marketing integration trackers, transition templates, and onboarding resources for merger partners.
• Coordinate development of transition and branding assets, including logos, collateral, and external communications.
• Submit and manage requests through Workfront and collaborate with internal teams to support execution.
• Assist with activation of M&A-related marketing campaigns as needed.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders.
• Support due diligence by gathering and tracking marketing information.
• Monitor, measure, and report on effectiveness of marketing integration initiatives and campaigns.
• Ensure compliance with marketing standards and best practices during integration.
