Job summary

Gallagher is seeking an M&A Marketing Integration Specialist to drive seamless marketing transitions for newly acquired firms. You will coordinate branding assets, manage timelines, and support cross-functional teams across Marketing and Communications to ensure a consistent integration experience.

In this role, you will engage with Workfront and other tools, track progress, and help implement campaigns that align with Gallagher's growth objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business admin or related field.
• 4+ years in project management, marketing operations or related areas.
• Experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Workfront, Smartsheet or similar PM tools.
• Strong written/verbal communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Support planning, coordination, and execution of marketing integration initiatives for newly acquired organizations.
• Manage multiple projects and timelines to meet integration objectives.
• Maintain trackers, transition templates, and resources for merger partner onboarding.
• Coordinate development of transition and branding assets, including logos and collateral.
• Submit and manage requests through Workfront and collaborate with creative teams.
• Assist activation and implementation of M&A-related marketing campaigns.
• Build and maintain relationships with cross-functional integration teams and stakeholders.
• Support due diligence by gathering and tracking marketing information.
• Monitor and report on effectiveness of marketing integration initiatives and campaigns.
• Ensure compliance with marketing standards, processes, and best practices.
