Job summary

Gallagher is seeking an M&A Marketing Integration Specialist to support the seamless integration of newly acquired organizations into Gallagher’s brand ecosystem. You will coordinate marketing integration initiatives, manage multiple projects, and maintain trackers and transition assets to ensure on-time delivery.

You will work with cross-functional teams, support due diligence, monitor effectiveness, and ensure adherence to marketing standards as part of a broader growth agenda.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in project management, marketing operations, marketing communications, or related disciplines.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with project management platforms such as Workfront, Smartsheet, or similar tools.
• Strong technical skills, including advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience supporting mergers and acquisitions (M&A), integration programs, or organizational change initiatives preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, prioritize competing demands, and maintain exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to work independently while effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Support the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing integration initiatives for newly acquired organizations.
• Manage multiple projects and timelines simultaneously, ensuring deliverables are completed on schedule and aligned with integration objectives.
• Maintain marketing integration trackers, transition templates, and supporting resources for merger partner onboarding and planning discussions.
• Coordinate the development of transition and branding assets, including interim logos, marketing collateral, advertising materials, event marketing assets, and other external communications.
• Submit and manage requests through Workfront and collaborate with internal creative and marketing teams to support project execution.
• Assist with the activation and implementation of M&A-related marketing campaigns when required.
• Build and maintain effective working relationships with cross-functional M&A integration teams and key stakeholders.
• Support due diligence activities by gathering, organizing, and tracking marketing-related information.
• Monitor, measure, and report on the effectiveness of marketing integration initiatives and campaigns.
• Ensure compliance with established marketing standards, processes, and best practices to deliver a consistent and efficient integration experience.
