Job summary

Axis Communications AB is seeking a seasoned Key Account Manager, CCA to lead major end-customer relationships across the Axis ecosystem. This role requires coordinating across sales, business development, marketing, and technical services to ensure seamless account management and deepened collaboration.

The position involves strategic account planning, stakeholder engagement, and hands-on coordination of cross-functional teams to deliver integrated security solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Sales, National/Key Accounts, Sales Engineering, or Project Management in video and physical security markets.

Responsibilities

• Acts as the point person to manage all aspects of relationships with assigned major accounts.
• Oversees daily management from inception to transition.
• Strategic management to deepen Axis relationships across product lines and geographies.
• Involves in sales and implementation including proposals to decision makers and pilot sites.
• Builds a cross-functional team and coordinates resources across sales, BD, marketing and tech services.
• Maintains all account documentation including meeting notes and designs.
• Participates in site surveys and system design including third-party integrations.
• Coordinates post-sales support and technical assistance.
