The HALO Trust Colombia is seeking an experienced Administration & Human Resources Manager to provide strategic leadership of the HR function, ensuring effective people management aligned with programme priorities, HALO standards and Colombian labour legislation.

Formación

• Degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Law or related field.
• Postgraduate qualifications in HR, Labour Relations or Organisational Development.
• 7 years HR experience with 5+ years in leadership roles.
• Strong knowledge of Colombian labour legislation and payroll systems.
• English level: C1.

Responsabilidades

• Lead HR strategy, team and workforce planning, including staffing structures.
• Oversee payroll, recruitment, onboarding, administration and offboarding.
• Lead performance management, learning and development, wellbeing and engagement.
• Advise management on labour relations and HR risks.
• Ensure Occupational Health & Safety and safeguarding within HR processes.
• Monitor HR performance and strengthen administrative support services.
