Wesco seeks a Manager – Business Development in Bogotá to drive growth through researching and nurturing opportunities, building plans to expand product lines, and boosting revenue while improving customer satisfaction. You will analyze market dynamics and monitor performance to propose solutions that strengthen Wesco’s competitive position.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration preferred.
• 5–6+ years of related experience.
• Experience in financial analysis, sales and negotiation.
• Ability to travel 50%–75%.
• Strong communication and business analysis skills.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand profitability.
• Retain and expand existing relationships and solicit new business.
• Oversee research to identify new markets and increase market share.
• Build relationships with potential customers and suppliers and arrange meetings.
• Call on prospects within business development program.
• Represent Wesco in acquisitions, partnerships, and joint ventures.
• Conduct rollout meetings at key and global accounts.
• Lead local implementation teams.
• Identify cost savings in direct/indirect spend.
• Create and implement account development activities.
• Train internal and customer teams on processes.
• Serve as liaison between suppliers, marketing, and operations.
