Job summary

Connext is seeking an FP&A Analyst in Colombia to support budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and financial modeling. You will partner with leadership and operational teams to deliver insights that drive growth and improve planning accuracy.

The role requires independent work, strong communication with executives, and collaboration across finance, development, and operations. This position emphasizes mentorship and leading FP&A initiatives within a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and executive reporting.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Able to analyze financial and operational information and translate findings into actionable insights.
• Ability to communicate complex financial information clearly to leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
• Strong business partnership and communication skills.
• Clear and coherent written and verbal communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Support budgets, forecasts, and financial analyses.
• Own and maintain the long-range financial planning model.
• Develop and maintain enterprise cash flow forecasts.
• Perform enterprise revenue analysis and identify key trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Build financial models to support strategic initiatives and operational improvements.
• Partner with Development and Operations teams on growth and strategic analysis.
• Prepare executive-level financial analyses, reports, and presentations.
• Support acquisition integration and value creation initiatives through financial analysis.
• Analyze financial and operational performance to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support financial planning and decision-making.
• Promote FP&A best practices and improve planning processes.
• Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and project leadership as needed.
• Support other financial projects and special assignments as required.
