Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business, finance, analytics, or related field; 5+ years of FP&A experience.
2+ years in people management; AFP FPAC or CMA preferred.
Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting; data analysis a must.

Responsibilities

Leads FP&A efforts for World Courier North America, aligning planning with business goals.
Develops models and tools to improve budgeting, pricing, staffing and investments.
Partners with sales/ops to explain variances and update forecasts and plans.
Manages monthly results reviews, cost trends, headcount, and action plans.
Drives standardization of reporting, dashboards, and data-driven decision making.
Oversees annual planning, MBR prep, and cross-functional coordination.
builds and coaches a FP&A team and delivers ad hoc analyses as needed.
