A leading insurance and consulting firm in Bogotá is seeking a Senior Analyst - FP&A to join their talented financial planning team. This hybrid role requires working at least three days a week in the office, where you will provide trusted financial advice to drive business growth. You will perform financial analysis, assist in budget development, and support strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in a relevant field and 3-5 years of FP&A experience, with excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish.

Formación

• 3-5 years of experience in FP&A process and multicultural relationships with executive roles.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience in developing budgets and quarterly forecasts.

Responsabilidades

• Perform financial analysis, reporting and recommendations.
• Support month-end close process and analyze variances.
• Extract data from data warehouse to support initiatives.
