Auxis in Colombia is seeking an experienced Financial Analyst – FP&A to lead enterprise budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and strategic analysis in partnership with executives. You will own the long-range planning model, develop cash flow forecasts, and prepare executive-level analyses and presentations to support decision-making and value creation.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of FP&A, Finance, or Accounting experience.
• Advanced English Level (mandatory).
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and financial modeling skills.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and executive reporting.
• Experience with Planful, Sage Intacct, or similar systems preferred.
• Healthcare finance experience preferred.
• Strong communication, analytical, and business partnership skills.

Aufgaben

• Supports the process for the timely and accurate preparation of budgets, forecasts and other financial analyses.
• Owns and maintains the long-range financial planning model.
• Develops and maintains enterprise cash flow forecasts.
• Performs enterprise revenue analysis and identifies key trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Builds financial models supporting strategic initiatives, new opportunities, and operational improvements.
• Partners with Development and Operations on growth analyses.
• Prepares executive-level financial analyses and presentations.
• Supports acquisition integration and value creation initiatives as assigned.
• Analyzes financial and operational performance to identify improvement opportunities.
• Collaborates cross-functionally to support planning and decision-making.
• Other duties and special projects as assigned.
