IQVIA, Bogota, Colombia, is seeking a Senior Analyst, FP&A to oversee budgeting, forecasting, project profitability, and revenue recognition. You will lead accounting activities, partner with stakeholders, and drive financial clarity for leaders and clients.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of accounting, financial analysis, or FP&A experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of people management or supervisory experience.
• Strong understanding of General Ledger accounting principles.
• Advanced analytical, financial modeling, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and oversee accounting and financial analysis activities, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
• Review, prepare, and audit financial reports, supporting documentation, journal entries, and reconciliations.
• Monitor project costs, budgets, forecasts, expenditures, and accruals to meet targets.
• Analyze financial results and identify variances, risks, and opportunities with actionable recommendations.
• Support revenue recognition processes and ensure budget accuracy within financial systems.
• Manage invoicing, client billing inquiries, and cash collection efforts.
• Review Accounts Receivable balances and unbilled amounts to optimize DSO.
• Collaborate with Finance, Operations, and Project teams on policies and procedures.
• Prepare financial reports and business insights for leadership and clients.
• Establish priorities, coordinate workflows, and ensure deadlines are met.
• Supervise, coach, and develop finance team members.
