Job summary

Collins Aerospace is seeking a Principal Specialist, Finance Partner, to lead FP&A activities across our business operations. You will develop forecasts, evaluate performance, and provide data‑driven insights to support budgeting, cost management, pricing strategies, and long‑term objectives.

In this individual contributor role, you will partner with finance, operations, supply chain, programs, engineering and sales to align financial priorities with organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or related field with at least five years of relevant experience.
• Fluency in English and Spanish (verbal and written).
• U.S. citizenship is required for access to information under this program/contract.

Responsibilities

• Conduct financial analysis and build forecasts, financial models, and performance metrics.
• Develop budgets, pricing strategies, and long‑term financial plans.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align financial strategies with business goals.
• Translate complex financial data into actionable insights for leadership.
