Job summary

Opella is seeking an FP&A Ops Lead for the M&S Americas region to drive financial planning, analysis and governance. You will lead monthly closes and rolling forecasts for capex and opex, consolidate assumptions with site finance partners and deliver actionable insights across manufacturing sites.

You will build dashboards, support long-range planning, and push standardization and automation across finance systems while mentoring talent and driving a culture of performance and inclusion.

Qualifications

• Experience in finance, controlling, financial planning and analysis, cost accounting or manufacturing finance.
• Strong knowledge of CAPEX accounting, fixed assets, budgeting, forecasting and financial governance.
• English and Spanish fluent; Portuguese or French is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly closing activities for manufacturing expenses and capital investments, including variance analysis and balance sheet reviews.
• Lead budget, forecast and rolling forecast cycles for capex and opex with site finance partners.
• Build forecasts, identify risks and opportunities, and support long-range planning for manufacturing investments.
• Oversee capital investment governance with monitoring of budgets, timelines, and ROI indicators.
• Partner with Manufacturing Site Controllers and cross-functional teams across the Americas to provide actionable insights.
