Job summary

Twilio is actively seeking an Executive Business Partner to support executives within our Enterprise Technology organization. This role goes beyond traditional administrative tasks, requiring strong business understanding, proactive problem solving, and the ability to navigate ambiguity.

You will build trusted relationships, manage complex calendars and travel, prepare materials, and help leaders and their teams operate more effectively in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience supporting senior executives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, preferably in technology.
• Ability to operate independently, take ownership, and move work forward amid ambiguity and changing priorities.
• Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and executive-level communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop deep understanding of the Enterprise Technology organization, its strategy and initiatives.
• Serve as a trusted thought partner to executives, providing input and helping move priorities forward.
• Strategically manage complex executive calendars, evaluate requests, resolve conflicts, and protect time for critical work.
• Draft and coordinate executive communications, presentations, and meeting materials with high clarity and professionalism.
• Lead end-to-end planning of executive offsites, leadership summits, and team gatherings, including budget and logistics.
