Job summary

EPAM Systems Inc. seeks a Strategic Design Leader to shape executive-ready strategy across LATAM, spanning innovation, research, and AI-enabled transformation.

You will guide discovery, translate ambiguity into actionable narratives, and set prototype direction that informs decisions at the C-suite level. You will coordinate multidisciplinary teams across accounts and pursuits, craft compelling propositions, and apply AI tools to accelerate research, synthesis, and prototyping while maintaining

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in experience strategy, service design, innovation, consulting, product strategy, or digital transformation.
• Hands-on stakeholder partnership experience with senior client leaders and account leadership to influence outcomes.
• Strong synthesis skills, distilling complex and diverse inputs into decision-ready insight.
• Outstanding written communication, producing polished materials for executive audiences.
• Strong presentation ability, articulating complex strategic ideas with confidence and clarity.
• Ability to balance multiple high-priority workstreams while protecting narrative clarity and delivery standards.
• Professional fluency in English and Spanish, strongly preferred due to the LATAM focus of this position.
• Nice to have Product Management certification related to the role.

Responsibilities

• Direct discovery and problem definition for complex transformation and innovation work to bring clarity to ambiguity.
• Translate strategic intent into experience frameworks, roadmaps, and prototype briefs that are actionable.
• Deliver strategic presentations, POVs, one-pagers, proposals, and workshop content for executives.
• Lead through influence to drive outcomes in environments without formal reporting authority.
• Synthesize user research, market data, competitive analysis, stakeholder input into cohesive understanding.
• Coordinate with account and delivery leaders to craft strategic opportunities and propositions for clients.
• Apply AI tools to accelerate research, synthesis, content creation, and prototyping.
