Job summary

EPAM Systems Inc. seeks a Senior Data Integration & BI Engineer to sustain LATAM analytics and data integration capabilities while guiding a pragmatic modernization path.

You will operate in a hybrid legacy-and-cloud environment, mentoring teams, documenting processes, and driving transitions to modern tooling across the region. English (B2) and Spanish skills are advantageous in LATAM coverage.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in BI and data integration/ETL delivery.
• Hands-on with Azure Data Factory for integration workflows.
• Advanced SQL skills for data transformation and troubleshooting.
• Experience with Informatica.
• Upper-Intermediate English (B2).

Responsibilities

• Support and maintain BI and data integration solutions across LATAM.
• Ensure operational continuity for analytics and integration platforms.
• Troubleshoot incidents in ETL pipelines and BI reporting.
• Work across hybrid environments with legacy and modern tooling.
• Document, stabilize, and transfer knowledge to reduce legacy dependency.
• Contribute to modernization initiatives aligned with enterprise strategy.
