UST is seeking an experienced Delivery Program Manager to lead end-to-end programs across Digital Supply Demand (DSD). You will manage large, cross-functional initiatives, drive roadmaps, and ensure value realization while coordinating with executive stakeholders and vendors.

You Are

UST is searching for an experienced Delivery Program Manager to lead and oversee strategic programs across DSD domains. The role is responsible for end-to-end program delivery, stakeholder management, financial governance, risk mitigation, and ensuring business value realization.

The Opportunity

• Lead and oversee multiple projects and programs from initiation through execution and closure
• Define program roadmaps, delivery plans, milestones, and success metrics aligned with organizational objectives
• Manage project dependencies across business, technology, and vendor teams
• Collaborate with senior business stakeholders across DSD domains
• Facilitate executive reviews, steering committee meetings, and program status reporting
• Serve as primary point of contact for program escalations and strategic decision‑making
• Monitor financial performance, manage program budgets, and track resource allocation
• Support commercial planning and business case development for new initiatives
• Identify, assess, and mitigate program risks, issues, and dependencies
• Monitor project health and implement corrective actions as needed
• Ensure timely delivery within scope, budget, and quality expectations
• Support DSD and Digital Transformation initiatives through cross‑functional coordination
• Drive process optimization and automation initiatives within DSD operations
• Ensure adherence to quality standards, delivery methodologies, and compliance requirements
• Build strong relationships across internal and external teams
• Drive continuous improvement and best practices across program delivery
• Ensure adoption and business benefits realization from technology investments
• Establish and maintain governance frameworks for delivery excellence

• Exposure to cloud, data platforms, AI/ML, and DSD technologies
• Preferred Certifications
• PMP (Project Management Professional)
• PgMP (Program Management Professional)
• PRINCE2
• Agile/Scrum certification
• Experience leading enterprise digital transformation programs
