Job summary

Opella is seeking a Business Analysis Controlling Analyst in Colombia to support financial decision-making through cost control, forecasting and reporting. You will partner with business and finance teams to deliver reliable insights and drive performance across the organization.

You will lead cost reviews, budgets and forecasts, maintain data quality, and contribute to internal control activities while promoting sustainability and social impact in every decision.

Qualifications

• Experience in financial analysis, controlling, or accounting.
• Strong understanding of cost management and reporting.
• Advanced English required (B2+).

Responsibilities

• Support monthly closing activities, ensuring accuracy in cost reporting.
• Review and manage accruals and financial data in local systems.
• Analyze country and regional costs, including headcount trends.
• Partner with business teams to provide financial insights and support decision-making.
• Prepare budgets and forecasts, identifying risks and cost drivers.
• Maintain data quality and support financial systems.
