Job summary

Opella Healthcare Group in Colombia seeks a Business Analysis Controlling Analyst to strengthen financial decision-making through cost control, forecasting and reporting. You will partner with regional teams to deliver reliable data, identify opportunities, and support strategic planning in a fast-growing global OTC/VMS leader.

You will drive monthly closings, analyze costs and headcount trends, and contribute to internal controls.

Qualifications

• Experience in financial analysis, controlling or accounting.
• Strong understanding of cost management and reporting.
• Proficiency with ERP systems and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Support monthly closing activities with accurate cost reporting.
• Review accruals and expense classification in local systems.
• Analyze country and regional costs, including headcount trends.
• Prepare budgets and forecasts, identify risks and drivers.
• Maintain data quality and support financial systems and master data.
