Expected start: November 2026. You will join the Topline and Customer Controlling Sales Americas team in Global Controlling. As an Early Career Professional, you will support Latin America Market Unit, collaborating with business leaders and cross-functional teams on finance and controlling

Formación

• Recent bachelor’s degree graduate.
• Preferably in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Engineering or related fields.
• Previous professional work experience with a focus on Finance / Controlling (a plus).

Responsabilidades

• Actively support quarter end close, financial forecasting, and budgeting.
• Deliver outcome of controlling tasks and coordinate with other units.
• Represent the Controlling function in cross-unit projects.
• Apply guidelines & policies; stay informed on updates.
• Support and/or participate in projects to increase automation.
• Safeguard financial compliance and transparency.
